Who is broker integration for?
It suits research analysts and advisers whose clients want to act on research without switching apps, and model portfolio providers whose clients need to place several orders at once when a portfolio is rebalanced. Clients keep their own trading account; Finuro connects to it.
How execution stays the client's decision
Orders are always placed by the client, through their own broker account, after they review them. Finuro does not hold client funds or securities and does not trade on a client's behalf. That keeps execution with the client while removing the friction of retyping an order.
How broker integration works inside Finuro
Connecting a broker
From the brokers page of your portal, a client logs in to Zerodha, Angel One or Dhan and links the account. Clients can link more than one account, choose a default and disconnect an account at any time.
Placing orders from research
When you publish a recommendation or rebalance a model portfolio, the client sees the order prepared from your levels or weights and places it through the connected broker. Customer trade execution can be switched on or off for your firm.
Order status, holdings and orders
Orders are synced back from the broker, including partly filled orders, so the client sees the current state. Holdings and orders are visible in the portal, and on your side the client record shows their holdings, orders and model portfolios.
The paper trading desk
Finuro also includes a paper broker. On the paper desk you trade from a simulated wallet that shows the margin required, with market or limit orders, normal or bracket orders with stop-loss and target, and intraday (MIS) or delivery (CNC) products. Trades can be modified or exited at market or at a limit. Paper analytics show realised P&L, profit factor, average win and loss, and best and worst trades, broken down by direction, order style and product. It is a safe way for clients to follow a portfolio, and for you to try a strategy, before real money is involved.
Finuro compared with asking clients to copy trades
| Step | Copying trades | With Finuro |
|---|---|---|
| Getting the order right | Client retypes symbol, quantity and price | Order prepared from your call or portfolio |
| Rebalancing many stocks | Several orders, often missed | All orders listed for the client to place |
| Knowing what was filled | Ask the client | Status synced from the broker |
| Trying before investing | Not possible | Paper broker |
Common use cases
A model portfolio rebalance
You change two weights in a portfolio. Each follower sees the orders needed, approves them and places them through their Zerodha, Angel One or Dhan account, and order status syncs back.
A swing call with a defined entry
Clients read the call in the portal and place the order through their connected broker without retyping the symbol or price.
Trying before investing
A new subscriber follows your portfolio on the paper broker for a month before connecting a real account.
