Finuro does not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or regulated financial services.

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect the following information:

  • PAN details

  • KYC-related information

  • Identity verification documents

When Investors interact with an Advisor through Finuro, the Advisor may collect:

Such information is collected on behalf of the respective Advisor.

We may automatically collect:

3. Data Ownership

Finuro acts primarily as a technology service provider.

Investor data, onboarding records, uploaded documents, compliance records, and related information collected through an Advisor's portal remain owned by the respective Advisor and/or Investor, subject to applicable laws.

Finuro does not claim ownership over Advisor or Investor data stored on the Platform.


4. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Provide Platform services.

  • Facilitate onboarding workflows.

  • Process subscriptions and payments.

  • Generate compliance records.

Information submitted by Investors through an Advisor's onboarding portal may be shared with that Advisor for onboarding, compliance, subscription management, and service delivery purposes.

Information submitted through an Advisor's subdomain is processed for that Advisor and made accessible to authorized personnel of that Advisor.

Each Advisor remains responsible for their compliance obligations and handling of Investor information.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
