Who runs paid advisory channels?
Many SEBI-registered research analysts deliver research through Telegram or WhatsApp groups because that is where their clients already are. The hard part is not the group but the admin around it: who has paid, who should be invited, and making sure each call reaches the right group. What to check before charging for a channel
A paid channel is a research service, so SEBI's rules for research analysts apply to it: registration, fee rules, disclosures in each message and the advertisement code for how you promote it.
