Who takes bookings through Finuro?
Investment advisers offering paid advice sessions, research analysts running portfolio reviews or Q&A calls, and firms with several advisers who each keep their own calendar. If you arrange calls over WhatsApp and chase payment afterwards, booking replaces that.
Before you advise in a consultation
A paid consultation that includes personalised advice is investment advice, so investment adviser rules such as risk profiling and suitability apply. Check the current regulations for your registration type.
How booking works inside Finuro
Resources and meeting types
Set up a bookable resource for each adviser or service, and choose how sessions happen: Google Meet, a meeting link, in person at your address or the client's, or by phone. Online and in-person sessions can have different prices.
Scheduling rules
Control availability with a buffer between slots, how far ahead clients can book, minimum notice before a booking, a window in which bookings can no longer be cancelled, a capacity per time window, and optional manual approval of each booking. Mark holidays and excluded dates so they can't be booked.
Paid confirmation
Clients pay when they book, and the booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Coupons can apply to bookings.
Day view, analytics and My bookings
See the day's bookings at a glance, track booking revenue and volume in booking analytics, and let clients see upcoming and past sessions on their My bookings page.

Offer in-person sessions at your office at a different price from online calls, with manual approval for each request.
A team of advisers
Set up a resource for each adviser with their own hours, holidays and capacity, and see everyone's bookings in the day view.
Getting started
- Create a bookable resource for each adviser or service you offer.
- Choose the meeting types, such as Google Meet, phone or in person, and set online and in-person prices.
- Set your weekly hours, slot buffer, booking horizon, minimum notice and cancellation window.
- Mark holidays and excluded dates, and decide whether bookings need your approval.
- Share the booking link from your portal, channels or directory profile.
Most advisers start with one online session type and add in-person meetings or more advisers once bookings are coming in.
