SEBI Advisory Software in India (2026): Market Share and Feature Coverage ComparedSEBI research analysts and RIAs in India spread their work across creator platforms, general CRMs and a few SEBI-specific tools. No single tool leads the market. Here is our rough estimate of who uses what, and a feature score showing how much of the SEBI advisory workflow each tool covers. ![]() Last updated: 28 October 2026 Most SEBI-registered research analysts (RAs) and investment advisers (RIAs) in India still run their practice on a mix of tools: a creator platform for paid Telegram groups, a general CRM for leads, a separate e-sign tool, and spreadsheets for records. Below we look at two things: roughly how the market splits between these tools, and how much of the SEBI advisory workflow each one actually covers. For the product view, see Finuro's CRM for SEBI research analysts. How much of the SEBI workflow does each tool cover?![]() We scored seven tools against 16 capabilities an RA or RIA practice needs, using the feature tables in our comparison posts. Vendor websites were checked on 21 October 2026. A feature built in scores 1. A partial feature, a separate product, a custom build or a higher-tier-only feature scores 0.5. A feature we could not find on the vendor's public site scores 0. The seven SEBI-critical capabilities count double. The 16 capabilities we scoredThe double-weighted, SEBI-critical capabilities are: Telegram delivery and paid groups, KRA KYC with CVL and NDML, Aadhaar e-sign, MITC consent and risk profiling, recommendations with entry, target and stop-loss, subscriptions with GST invoices, and SEBI records with an audit trail. The other nine count once: lead management, WhatsApp, courses and consultations, model portfolios with broker orders, an Indian payment gateway, a telecalling dialer, marketing automation, RAASB forms with a compliance library, and a public analyst directory. Which tools do SEBI RAs and RIAs use today?![]() The chart is a rough approximation, not a published market study. We estimated it from public signals: the tools advisers mention, the channels they sell on, and the vendors that market to them. The shares are low because many practices still rely on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and Telegram with no dedicated software at all. Creator platforms lead on reachCosmofeed and SuperProfile, run by the same company, are popular because they make paid Telegram groups easy to sell. They are built for creators, not for SEBI workflows. General CRMs fill the sales gapZoho CRM, TeleCRM and HubSpot are used for leads, calling and marketing. SEBI steps such as KRA KYC, MITC consent and recommendation records have to be added with custom work or other tools. SEBI-specific tools are still smallFinKeya's FinKey CRM is built for SEBI RAs and IAs, with research notes, invoices and RAASB form-filling. Specialist tools like FinKey and Finuro still hold a small share of the market. Where other tools are strongerFinuro is our product, so we kept the capabilities where it loses points. A fair score has to show them:
What this means when you choose softwareIn a market this split up, the tool most people use is not necessarily the right one for a SEBI practice. If you need a dialer or a creator storefront, a general tool may be enough. If you need clients onboarded the SEBI way, research delivered and tracked, plans sold with GST invoices and five years of records kept, compare how much of that each tool covers before you compare prices. Finuro's plans start at ₹999 a month plus a 7% commission on sales, with no setup fee; gateway charges and taxes are extra. See how it works in practice in Finuro's CRM for SEBI research analysts.
